Measured, not eyeballed
The backrest takes more load than any other part of a chair. We inspect it accordingly.
Bond strength
Sample pieces are pulled apart to verify that the glue line is carrying the plies as it should.
Moisture content
Moisture is measured in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is the main cause of form loss during export.
Surface & colour matching
Every batch is placed side by side with the approved reference part under the same light and compared.
Load test
Repeated rearward load is applied to the backrest panel, looking for cracking or permanent deformation.
Packing & shipment check
Pallet height, interleaf protection and piece count are verified one last time before loading.
