We supply the İslam, Saimbeyli area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to İslam, Saimbeyli are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to İslam, Saimbeyli leave palletised.
