pvc foil backrest panels in Çamlıyayla

We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Çamlıyayla, Çelikhan and its surroundings. We stay flexible on workshop-scale orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.

The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Çamlıyayla, Çelikhan area as an assembly-ready part.

Region: Southeastern Anatolia
Province: Adıyaman
District: Çelikhan

We supply the Çamlıyayla, Çelikhan area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.

The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Çamlıyayla, Çelikhan are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Çamlıyayla, Çelikhan leave palletised.
