We supply the Adliye, Dinar area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Adliye, Dinar are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
