We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Atatürk, Patnos and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we build the form around the model itself. The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Atatürk, Patnos are packed for container or truck loading.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Atatürk, Patnos leave palletised.
