At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Zafer, Merkez leave properly stacked.
