We supply the Evci, Ayaş area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Evci, Ayaş are palletised with protective interleaving.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Evci, Ayaş leave palletised.
