The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Akörü, Kaş area as a ready panel.

We supply the Akörü, Kaş area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.

The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Akörü, Kaş are packed for container or truck loading.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Akörü, Kaş leave with protective interleaving.
