Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Gedik, Serik are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Gedik, Serik leave with protective interleaving.
