wooden chair backrest panels in Ortakent
We supply wooden chair backrest panels to Ortakent, Hanak and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Ortakent, Hanak area as a ready panel.

We supply the Ortakent, Hanak area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Ortakent, Hanak are packed for container or truck loading.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Ortakent, Hanak leave with protective interleaving.
