chair seat panels in Kaleşah
We supply chair seat panels to Kaleşah, Amasra and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Kaleşah, Amasra area as a ready panel.

We supply the Kaleşah, Amasra area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kaleşah, Amasra are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Kaleşah, Amasra leave palletised.
