wooden chair backrest panels in Cudi
We supply wooden chair backrest panels to Cudi, Batman-İl Merkezi and its surroundings. We stay flexible on workshop-scale orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Cudi, Batman-İl Merkezi area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Cudi, Batman-İl Merkezi area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Cudi, Batman-İl Merkezi are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Cudi, Batman-İl Merkezi leave properly stacked.
