We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Zafer, Sason and its surroundings. We stay flexible on workshop-scale orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Zafer, Sason area as an assembly-ready part.

The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Zafer, Sason are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Zafer, Sason leave palletised.
