wooden chair backrest panels in Yeşilova
We supply wooden chair backrest panels to Yeşilova, Merkez and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Yeşilova, Merkez area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Yeşilova, Merkez area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yeşilova, Merkez are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Yeşilova, Merkez leave palletised.
