chair backrest panels in Yeşilli
We supply chair backrest panels to Yeşilli, Güroymak and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Yeşilli, Güroymak area as a ready panel.

We supply the Yeşilli, Güroymak area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yeşilli, Güroymak are palletised with protective interleaving.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Yeşilli, Güroymak leave palletised.
