We supply the Çınar, Ağlasun area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Çınar, Ağlasun are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Çınar, Ağlasun leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we are flexible on quantity.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. We confirm the shipping date in writing at order confirmation.
