wooden chair backrest panels in Cemsultan
We supply wooden chair backrest panels to Cemsultan, Orta and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Cemsultan, Orta area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Cemsultan, Orta area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Cemsultan, Orta are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Cemsultan, Orta leave properly stacked.
