Çorum OIZ forms the production backbone of the region. We produce chair back panels for furniture manufacturers, workshops and contract projects in the Doğu, Mecitözü area. Veneered, foil-wrapped and fabric-covered options are available, each produced with a mould dedicated to your model.

The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Doğu, Mecitözü area as an assembly-ready part.

We supply the Doğu, Mecitözü area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.

The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Doğu, Mecitözü are packed for container or truck loading.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Doğu, Mecitözü leave properly stacked.
