Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kumrulu, Bismil are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Kumrulu, Bismil leave palletised.
