We supply the Özyar, Çınar area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Özyar, Çınar are palletised with protective interleaving.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Özyar, Çınar leave with protective interleaving.
Products we supply to this area
Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we are flexible on quantity.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
