We supply the Tilver, Çınar area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Tilver, Çınar are palletised with protective interleaving.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Tilver, Çınar leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we stay flexible per model.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
