We supply the Elyos, Çüngüş area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Elyos, Çüngüş are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Elyos, Çüngüş leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we are flexible on quantity.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
