We supply the Kaygısız, Dicle area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kaygısız, Dicle are palletised with protective interleaving.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Kaygısız, Dicle leave with protective interleaving.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we are flexible on quantity.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
