We supply the Merkez, Hani area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Merkez, Hani are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Merkez, Hani leave with protective interleaving.

Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
