Diyarbakır OIZ forms the production backbone of the region. We produce chair seat panels for furniture manufacturers, workshops and contract projects in the Akdoruk, Kulp area. Wood veneer, lacquer and upholstery options are available, each produced with a mould dedicated to your model.

The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Akdoruk, Kulp area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Akdoruk, Kulp area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.

The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Akdoruk, Kulp are packed for container or truck loading.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Akdoruk, Kulp leave properly stacked.
