We supply the Örtülü, Lice area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Örtülü, Lice are packed for container or truck loading.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Örtülü, Lice leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
