We supply the Gülpınar, Merkez area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Gülpınar, Merkez are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Gülpınar, Merkez leave properly stacked.
