pvc foil backrest panels in Fırat
We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Fırat, Üzümlü and its surroundings. We stay flexible on workshop-scale orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Fırat, Üzümlü area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Fırat, Üzümlü area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Fırat, Üzümlü are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Fırat, Üzümlü leave properly stacked.
