Lacquered panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kaynak, Şenkaya are palletised with protective interleaving.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Kaynak, Şenkaya leave palletised.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
After sample approval, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
