Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Bahçelievler, Görele are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Bahçelievler, Görele leave properly stacked.
