upholstered chair panels in Öz Kurtuluş
We produce upholstered chair panels for furniture manufacturers, workshops and contract projects in the Öz Kurtuluş, Reyhanlı area. Veneered, foil-wrapped and fabric-covered options are available, each produced with a mould dedicated to your model.
The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Öz Kurtuluş, Reyhanlı area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Öz Kurtuluş, Reyhanlı area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Öz Kurtuluş, Reyhanlı are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Öz Kurtuluş, Reyhanlı leave palletised.
