Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kürtül, Ekinözü are palletised with protective interleaving.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Kürtül, Ekinözü leave properly stacked.
