Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Adiller, Sarıveliler are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Adiller, Sarıveliler leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The lead time is committed in writing when the order is confirmed.
