We supply the Sosyal Konutlar, Polateli area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Sosyal Konutlar, Polateli are palletised with protective interleaving.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Sosyal Konutlar, Polateli leave with protective interleaving.
