pvc foil backrest panels in Yenişehir

We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Yenişehir, Yahşihan and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.

The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Yenişehir, Yahşihan area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Yenişehir, Yahşihan area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.

The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yenişehir, Yahşihan are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.

At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Yenişehir, Yahşihan leave palletised.
