We supply moulded plywood backrests to Evren, Vize and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.

The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Evren, Vize area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Evren, Vize area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.

The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Evren, Vize are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.

Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Evren, Vize leave with protective interleaving.
