The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of multi-coat lacquer or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Kuzey, Körfez area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Kuzey, Körfez area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Kuzey, Körfez are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Kuzey, Körfez leave properly stacked.
Products we supply to this area
