We supply the Alişar, Battalgazi area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Painted panels stand out in large projects, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Alişar, Battalgazi are palletised with protective interleaving.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Alişar, Battalgazi leave properly stacked.

Between 300 and 1,000 pieces depending on the panel type. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the model is approved, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
