We supply the Yarımca, Darende area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. Lacquered panels stand out in work that has to match a whole interior, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yarımca, Darende are packed for container or truck loading.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Yarımca, Darende leave with protective interleaving.
Products we supply to this area
300 to 1,000 pieces per model. On first orders we start with a sample and scale up.
Once the mould is ready, serial production takes 12 to 30 days. The delivery date is fixed up front.
