The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Başkınık, Hekimhan are packed for container or truck loading.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Başkınık, Hekimhan leave with protective interleaving.
