We supply the Doğuş, Yazıhan area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Doğuş, Yazıhan are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Doğuş, Yazıhan leave properly stacked.
