upholstered chair panels in Cumhuriyet
We supply upholstered chair panels to Cumhuriyet, Artuklu and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Cumhuriyet, Artuklu area as a ready panel.

The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Cumhuriyet, Artuklu are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Cumhuriyet, Artuklu leave with protective interleaving.
