pvc foil backrest panels in Erdalı
We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Erdalı, Mazıdağı and its surroundings. We stay flexible on workshop-scale orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Erdalı, Mazıdağı area as an assembly-ready part.

Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Erdalı, Mazıdağı are palletised with protective interleaving.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Erdalı, Mazıdağı leave with protective interleaving.
