pvc foil backrest panels in Salihköy
We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Salihköy, Ömerli and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest and seat panel of a chair carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Salihköy, Ömerli area as an assembly-ready part.

We supply the Salihköy, Ömerli area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Salihköy, Ömerli are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece one to one. Moisture content is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Salihköy, Ömerli leave properly stacked.
