pvc foil backrest panels in Yeşilalan
We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Yeşilalan, Savur and its surroundings. We stay flexible on workshop-scale orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we press every model in its own mould. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Yeşilalan, Savur area as a semi-finished component.

We supply the Yeşilalan, Savur area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Fabric-covered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yeşilalan, Savur are dispatched after dimensional and colour checks.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent loss of form. Batches heading to Yeşilalan, Savur leave palletised.
