Multi-coat lacquer panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, since colour can be specified by RAL or NCS code. The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Sancar, Yeşilli are palletised with protective interleaving.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Sancar, Yeşilli leave properly stacked.
