pvc foil backrest panels in Yavuz
We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Yavuz, Merkez and its surroundings. We stay flexible on small batches on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. In the Turkish market it is usually produced flat and uniform; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Yavuz, Merkez area as an assembly-ready part.

We supply the Yavuz, Merkez area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. 53-colour PVC panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Upholstered panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with channels formed during pressing.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Yavuz, Merkez are packed for container or truck loading.
At every stage of production dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Yavuz, Merkez leave palletised.
