pvc foil backrest panels in Hisarbey
We supply pvc foil backrest panels to Hisarbey, Çamaş and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Hisarbey, Çamaş area as a ready panel.

We supply the Hisarbey, Çamaş area across three main finish groups. Natural veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech should stay visible — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in hotel and contract furniture, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.
The process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Hisarbey, Çamaş are packed for container or truck loading.
Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Hisarbey, Çamaş leave palletised.
