wooden chair backrest panels in Mesudiye

We supply wooden chair backrest panels to Mesudiye (Ordu) and its surroundings. We stay flexible on first orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.

The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. It is generally made from stock moulds; we work with a mould dedicated to the model. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Mesudiye (Ordu) area as a ready panel.

Regional profile

Coastal tourism and hospitality businesses generate steady furniture renewal demand.

Region: the Black Sea Region
Province: Ordu
District: Mesudiye

We supply the Mesudiye (Ordu) area across three main finish groups. Veneered panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech is left exposed — dining sets and boutique projects. PVC-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, arriving upholstery-ready.

The sampling process is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Mesudiye (Ordu) are palletised with protective interleaving.

Before each shipment dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece side by side. Moisture is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent deformation over time. Batches heading to Mesudiye (Ordu) leave with protective interleaving.
