moulded plywood backrests in Töngeldüzü
We supply moulded plywood backrests to Töngeldüzü, Perşembe and its surroundings. We stay flexible on workshop-scale orders on a per-model basis, starting with a sample run.
The backrest panel carries the frame and gives the model its identity. Most suppliers press it from a single mould; we build the form around the model itself. With double-axis 3D pressing, CNC-profiled edges and a choice of PVC foil or natural veneer, we deliver to producers in the Töngeldüzü, Perşembe area as a ready panel.

We supply the Töngeldüzü, Perşembe area across three main finish groups. Wood veneer panels are preferred where the grain of walnut, oak or beech comes to the fore — dining sets and boutique projects. Foil-wrapped panels stand out in large projects, with 53 colours available in the range. Buttoned panels are chosen for hotel, restaurant and boutique projects, with button holes drilled to template.
The way we work is straightforward: we build the mould from a technical drawing, a photograph or a physical sample you already have, produce the sample and ship it. Serial production starts after approval, and the approved piece is kept as the reference. Shipments to Töngeldüzü, Perşembe are packed for container or truck loading.
On every batch dimensions are checked against the master template, and surface and colour are compared with the approved reference piece under the same light. The moisture value is measured both in the incoming material and in the pressed part — this is how we prevent the curve opening up. Batches heading to Töngeldüzü, Perşembe leave palletised.
